SunGard Legal Seminar to be Held on May 10, 2011

SunGard will hold a one-hour seminar: “Revenue Recognition for Lawyers” on May 10, 2011.  Approval for CLE Credit in Pennsylvania and Delaware is pending. 

This one-hour course will provide an overview of basic revenue recognition criteria and the role a lawyer plays in analyzing revenue recognition issues during contract drafting and while negotiating.  Handouts will be provided.
